Let's Ensure a Smooth and Stress-Free Visit

Our goal is to offer a luxurious, personalized experience for each client. To maintain a harmonious environment and deliver the best service, we have established the following salon policies. Please take a moment to review them before your appointment to ensure your visit is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Arriving For Your Appointment

To ensure you're ready to rock your appointment, aim to arrive ten minutes early. Traffic, especially around 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m., can surprise even the best of us (thanks, construction zones). Major roads might slow things down, doubling your usual commute. Plan ahead and dodge the rush to ensure you're all set to strut in right on time!

Guest Policy

Space is limited in our cozy micro salon, and we're unable to accommodate additional guests. To maintain a comfortable environment for everyone, please avoid bringing guests (including spouses, kids, and friends) to your appointment unless you are accompanying your child during their service. Thank you for your understanding!

Check-Ins Before Your Appointment

In our snug micro salon with limited seating, we kindly ask you to arrive at your scheduled appointment time to keep things relaxed and ensure everyone enjoys their visit without feeling cramped. Thanks for chilling until it's your turn to shine! If we're running more than 15 minutes behind, we aim to shoot you a heads-up message beforehand. Curls can be wild cards, and we do our best to roll with it and accommodate everyone. Thanks for your patience and understanding!

Parking Info

Our Bellevue salon location has that vintage vibe—it's all about the quarters for parking! One quarter equals one hour, which is pretty sweet. You can even use QR codes on the meters to pay online. As for spots, there's street parking and a couple of lots nearby—check out Jackson Street or North Sprague Ave. Now, about those parking authorities: Luckily, they're not too eagle-eyed. If they swing by, it's usually a $25 ticket (or just $5 if you pay it off quickly like a ninja within a week). Keep a few quarters handy, park smart, and you'll be golden!

Late Arrivals

To keep everything flowing smoothly and stress-free, please be aware that I can't accommodate late arrivals beyond 15 minutes. If you arrive 15 minutes late and I'm unable to proceed with your service, we'll need to reschedule. A late fee of $100 may apply. Arriving late could also affect the full scope of your booked service. I might recommend rescheduling to ensure I can deliver your service properly without rushing and stay on track with my other clients. Rest assured, if I'm running behind schedule, it won't impact your appointment time or cost. Your experience matters, and I appreciate your understanding!

Cancellation & Rescheduling appointments

At Recoiled Salon, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a 50% charge applied to the card on file for the scheduled services. You can manage your appointments easily online or through the confirmation link sent to you upon booking. If your card cannot be charged, the cancellation fee must be settled in full to schedule a new appointment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

No-Show Policy

We take our appointments seriously and send friendly reminders via text and email to ensure you're prepared. A no-call/no-show will result in a fee equivalent to 100% of your scheduled service. Repeat offenses may lead to being unable to book future appointments. Exceptions are rare but include hospitalizations or true emergencies, which I consider on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for your understanding.

Clothing During Your Service

We recommend wearing a shirt without a collar and avoiding your favorite tops for color appointments. While rare, some color may transfer onto clothing during the process. To safeguard your wardrobe, we suggest bringing an old T-shirt to wear under our chemical-proof capes. Please note that Recoiled Salon does not assume responsibility for clothing during color services. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in protecting your attire.

Re-Do's, Adjustments, Refunds, or Exchanges

If you feel adjustments are needed after your service, please email us at recoiledsalon@gmail.com or text the salon phone, with the subject line "Re-Do/Adjustment." Please include specific concerns and attach a few clear, well-lit photos of the issue. While this doesn't guarantee another appointment, we'll discuss options via email/text. At Recoiled Salon, we do not offer refunds on services or products. Retail items can't be returned due to our small business nature, but can be exchanged within seven days for something of equal or lesser value. For color adjustments, contact us within seven days, and for haircuts, reach out within 14 days to discuss any concerns.

Is Credit Card Information Required to Make an Appointment?

Yes, we require credit card information to hold your appointment and for future bookings at Recoiled Salon. This helps us manage our schedule effectively and ensures all clients receive the attention they deserve.

How Do I Cancel or Adjust an Appointment?

All adjustments can be made conveniently online through our booking link. If you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. You can also use the link sent to you via text and email when you originally booked.

Do You Ever Work Outside of Scheduled Hours?

No, we operate strictly by appointment to ensure that each client receives our full attention and the personalized service they deserve. This also helps us maintain a clean and private salon environment.

What Is Gratuity-Free and Hourly Pricing for Appointments?

At Recoiled Salon, our gratuity-free policy has eliminated the need for tipping. Instead, we offer transparent hourly pricing. You pay for each hour needed to achieve your desired look, and almost everything that can fit into each hour is included in that pricing. This includes services like dry cuts, curl coaching, hair coloring, straightening, highlights, root touchups, and even virtual consultations.

How Can I Pick Up Products Without an Appointment?
